There are company videos on YouTube created specifically by employers for recruitment purposes. There are unofficial videos that will give you information, as well.
Search YouTube by company name or search using keywords like recruiting, recruitment, employer, or hiring. You will need to scroll through the results, but you'll find some video created by companies to help with their recruiting efforts and to give candidates a video perspective on job opportunities, benefits, and company culture.
Other videos have information on what it's like to work at the company i.e. a day in the life of a company employee or on what's it like to interview at the company.
